CWS offers Information Technology (IT) and Cognitive Systems Engineering services to facilitate the development of user centered technologies. We can apply industry standard methods to all stages in the technology development life-cycle and work with agile teams and processes to do so efficiently. It is particularly well suited to conducting independent evaluations of socio-technical system designs. The approach taken with these assessments is tailored to the particular system and situation, and may vary from a simple targeted inspection to a more rigorous evaluation involving a high fidelity experiment with multiple participants and technologies, performance data collection, and performance assessment.

CWS also offers educational and training courses for its technologies, and in developing or evaluating technologies to improve situation awareness, communications, and collaboration.

The contracting of CWS services to Government organizations is simplified by a GSA IT Schedule 70 contract.
